[LiDIA] Problems with compute_group_order() (eco_prime.h)

AFter installing the patch, disabling exceptions to get the error 
messages, and allowing the test program to use various different ranges 
of primes the behaviour is still random but the errors which I am seeing 
are always one of these:

  error_handler::eco_prime::schoof_part::no eigenvalue found
  error_handler::eco_prime::Probabilistic correctness rejects candidate !!
