We employ a multiple licensing strategy for the distribution of the cdcProvider
packages.

The CDCStandardProvider (cdc.standard package) is licensed under the
terms of the GNU LGPL
(GNU Lesser General Public License).

The CDCECProvider (cdc.ec package) is licensed under the terms of the
terms of the GNU GPL
(GNU General Public License).
Please carefully note the difference between the above two licenses.
On the other hand we are aware that there are people who are interested in
using the CDCECProvider package to build proprietary software without being
forced to publish their software as required by the GPL. For these parties
we offer alternative licensing. Please contact us about the terms and
conditions.
